How do I make a purchase?
It's super simple! You just have to follow the following steps

2. You choose all the clothes you like
3.Once you have found everything you want, select the color, size and click “Add to cart”
4. Go to the cart and click on “View cart”
5. Confirm all the items you added and if you have a discount coupon, do not forget to enter it at the bottom left and click on “Apply coupon” and then on “complete purchase.”
6. Enter your data. Enter the address where you want to receive your order. Remember that you can change the delivery address each time you place a new order.
7. Select the payment method and finish with “Pay now” and that's it! You will soon have your order.
How do I use my discount coupon?
When you have all the items added to your cart, you are going to click on “View cart” and at the bottom left a box will appear that says “coupon code”. Write it as it arrived, taking into account capital letters and without any spaces, then click on “Apply coupon” and that's it. You will be able to see the purchase discount before the amount to pay. Then, click on “complete purchase” and continue with the process
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay in the online store through the Mercado Pago platform:
1. Debit cards (Savings or current)
2. Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa or American Express)
3. Payments by PSE
Can I pay with international cards?
No, you can only pay with national bank credit cards.
Can I use several payment methods in one purchase?
You can only pay for your purchase with a single payment method. However, you can combine your payment method with your credit balance if you have it or a coupon.
How do I unsubscribe from receiving emails?
You can do it directly in the emails we send you, at the bottom it will appear “If you want to unsubscribe, click HERE” and that's it.
Do I have to pay the shipping cost?
No, the shipping value will already be charged on the payment screen.
What warranty do the garments have?
We have a 30-day warranty from delivery. All our garments are imported and have excellent quality standards, therefore, they are fully guaranteed. It is super important that you properly handle the issues of use and washing.
What should I do if my order has already fulfilled the delivery promise?

What are the delivery times and shipping cost?
If you made the purchase through the website, it will be confirmed by email. Remember that it takes 5-10 BUSINESS days to manage, ship and deliver your package.
What can I do if my order arrives in poor condition?
If the package is in poor condition, please do not receive it and contact us on WhatsApp between Monday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
After placing an order, can I change the delivery address?

Can I return my order?
Yes, to return your order you have up to 5 business days after delivery. Send us an email to atencionopqrs@bestshopcolombia.com and inform us of the reason for your return; We will review the reason and proceed to inform you if the return is viable. If approved, we will give you a credit in store for the amount of the product to be returned, or the money refund will automatically create a case for it.
